Analisis Biaya Terapi Obat Kombinasi Antihipertensi pada Pasien Hipertensi Rawat Jalan

Abstract

AbstrakHipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang menyebabkan kematian. Pemilihankombinasi antihipertensi berpedoman pada kemampuan obat dalam menurunkan dan mengontroltekanan darah. Pemilihan kombinasi antihipertensi perlu diperhatikan dari jenis obat, mekanisme kerjadan efek samping yang akan ditimbulkan. Efektivitas pengobatan selalu berhubungan dengan ketepatandalam pemilihan obat dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenganalisis biaya terapi kombinasi dua obat antihipertensi yang digunakan pada pasien hipertensirawat jalan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non eksperimental dengan rancangan kuantitatif untukmengetahui biaya terapi kombinasi antihipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan disebuah rumah sakit daerah.Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu dari data dua obat kombinasi yang digunakanselama 3 bulan berturut-turut menggunakan obat yang sama dan dilihat rerata biaya kombinasi obattersebut. Analisis biaya dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dari sudut pandang rumah sakit. Diketahuibahwa kombinasi dengan diuretik untuk jenis golongan antihipertensi lainnya mendapatkan total biayarendah dan terapi kombinasi golongan dengan CCB mendapatkan hasil menengah dan paling tinggiadalah biaya terap penggunaan kombinasi golongan antihipertensi dengan BB. Analisis Biaya TerapiKombinasi antihipertensi yang paling tinggi adalah kombinasi ACEI+BB yaitu sebesar Rp. 158.178,-dan paling rendah kombinasi Diuretik+ACEI yaitu Rp. 74.666,-.Kata kunci: Analisis Biaya, Kombinasi antihipertensi, HipertensiCost Analysis of Antihypertensive Drug Combination Therapy on Outpatients ofHypertensive PatientAbstractHypertension is one of the degenerative diseases that causes death. The choice of antihypertensivecombination is guided by the ability of the drug to lower and control blood pressure. The choice ofantihypertensive combination needs to be considered from the type of drug, the mechanism of actionand the side effects will be caused. The effectiveness of treatment always relates to the accuracy inthe selection of drugs and the costs paid by the patient. This study is aiming to analyze the cost ofcombination therapy of two antihypertensive drugs used on outpatient of hypertensive patients. Thisresearch is a non-experimental study using quantitative design. Data were collected retrospectively;find out the data of two combination drugs used for 3 consecutive months using the same drug and theaverage cost of the drug combination. The cost analysis in this study was carried out from the hospital’spoint of view. The results obtained combinations with diuretics for other types of antihypertensivegroups got a low total cost and combination therapy with CCBs got intermediate results and thehighest cost of using a combination of antihypertensive groups with BB.
