Hubungan Postur Kerja dengan Keluhan Muskuloskeletal Disorders (Msds) pada Karyawan Konveksi

Abstract

Abstrak Keluhan muskuloskeletal merupakan keluhan yang dialami seseorang pada otot rangka dan berkisar dari sangat ringan hingga sangat menyakitkan. Jika otot mengalami tekanan statis berulang kali dan cukup lama, maka dapat menimbulkan masalah berupa kerusakan sendi, ligamen, dan tendon. Keluhan ini dipicu oleh banyak faktor, antara lain faktor pekerjaan seperti peregangan otot yang berlebihan, postur kerja yang tidak alamiah, gerakan berulang dan lingkungan seperti getaran, tekanan dan suhu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan postur kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada karyawan konveksi di CV Berempatjaya Kecamatan Mojolaban. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, responden penelitian adalah karyawan konveksi di CV Berempatjaya dengan diagnosa keluhan muskuloskeletal disorders 35 responden. Teknik pengolahan data dianalisis dengan uji Bivariat Correlation Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara postur kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada karyawan konveksi di CV Berempatjaya. Hasil analisa diperoleh p-value 0,001 < ? 0,05. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah kepada unit pelayanan kesehatan untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu acuan untuk pembinaan kesehatan pada karyawan konveksi. The Relationship Between Work Posture and Musculoskeletal Disorders (Msds) Complaints in Convection Employees Abstract Musculoskeletal complaints are complaints that a person experiences in the skeletal muscles and range from very mild to very painful. If the muscles are subjected to static pressure repeatedly and long enough, it can cause problems in the form of damage to joints, ligaments and tendons. These complaints are triggered by many factors, including work factors such as excessive muscle stretching, unnatural working postures, repetitive movements and the environment such as vibration, pressure and temperature. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work posture and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in convection employees at CV Berempatjaya, Mojolaban District. The research design used a descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional approach, the research respondents were factory workers at CV Berempatjaya with complaints of musculoskeletal complaints diagnosed as many as 35 respondents. Data processing techniques were analyzed with Spearman’s Bivariate Correlation test. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between work posture and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) on convection employees at CV Berempatjaya, Mojolaban District.
