PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN CUCI TANGAN ENAM LANGKAH TERHADAP PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) PADA SISWA

Abstract

ABTRAK

Kasus meninggal dunia pada anak-anak di negara berkembang akibat penyakit banyak disebabkan karena kurangnya air minum yang aman, sanitasi, dan cuci tangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan cuci tangan enam langkah terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) pada siswa SD. Desain menggunakan quasi experiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest dan posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 66 responden, dengan menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling responden sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengolahan data dianalisis dengan  uji paired t test. Hasil menunjukan nilai rata-rata siswa kelas 4-6 sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan cuci tangan enam langkah sebesar 15,65 kemudian setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan cuci tangan enam langkah nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 24,70. Hasil Analisa diperoleh Ï value 0,00 atau Ï<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan  cuci tangan enam langkah terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) pada siswa SDN 02 Wukirsawit, Karanganyar.

The Influence of Health Education Wash Hands Six Steps Towards Clean Living Behavior and Healthy (PHBS) In Students

 

Abstract

Cases of death in children in developing countries due to many diseases caused by the lack of safe drinking water, sanitation, and washing hands. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of six - steps hand washing health education on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in elementary students. The study design used a quasi-experiment with one group pre-test and post-test approaches. The population in this study was 66 respondents, using a simple random sampling technique of respondents as many as 40 people. Data analyzed by paired t-test shows the average value of students in grade 4-6 before being given the six-step hand washing health education is 15.65 then after being given the six-steps hand washing health education the average value increased to 24.70. Analysis results obtained Ï value 0.00 or Ï <0.05, so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of six - steps hand washing health education to clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) on students at SDN 02 Wukirsawit, Karanganyar.
