Pengaruh Proses Belajar Daring terhadap Kesehatan Mental Siswa Kelas VII

Pandemi COVID-19 terjadi hampir di seluruh dunia menyebabkan kegiatan yang melibatkan banyak orang harus dihindari, salah satunya adalah proses belajar. Proses belajar yang semula dilakukan secara langsung harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Hal tersebut untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19. Proses belajar yang dilakukan di SMP N 01 Jumantono masih mengalami beberapa kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses belajar daring terhadap kesehatan mental siswa kelas VII di SMP N 01 Jumantono. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan teknik analisis regresi linear pada taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kesehatan mental siswa dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yakni t hitung > t tabel, 2,759 > 1,666 dengan persamaan Y = 37,547 + 0,256X. persamaan tersebut memberikan arti bahwa apabila proses belajar daring sebesar 0 (nol) atau konstan, maka kesehatan mental siswa sebesar 37,547, dan setiap penambahan nilai proses belajar daring sebesar 1 angka maka kesehatan mental siswa akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,256. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses belajar daring berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental siswa kelas VII di SMP N 01 Jumantono pada tingkatan rendah/lemah sebanyak 19,8%.

The Effect of Online Learning Process to the Seventh Grade Students’ Mental Health

 

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has occurred almost all over the world, causing activities that involve the crowd to be avoided, one is learning process. The learning process that was originally carried out directly must be carried out online. It prevents the spread of COVID-19. The learning process carried out at SMP N 01 Jumantono still experiences several obstacles. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning process on the mental health of seventh grade students at SMP N 01 Jumantono. This study used a quantitative descriptive method on purposive sampling technique with linear regression analysis technique at a significance level of 5% or 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was found that students’ mental health can be proven by the results of the t test, that is t count > t table, 2.759

> 1.666 with the equation Y = 37.547 + 0.256X. The equation means that if the courageous learning process is 0 (zero) or constant, then the students’ mental health is 37,547, and each additional value of the brave learning process is 1 point, the students’ mental health will increase by 0.256. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of online learning process to the mental health of grade VII students at SMP N 01 Jumantono on a low/weak level of 19.8%.
