Abstract

ABSTRAK

Selama masa pandemi, publik akan mengalami kepanikan dan kece­masan yang tinggi yang akan mempengaruhi pe­rilaku publik, khususnya perilaku yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan. Ada beberapa perilaku kesehatan yang me­ningkat seperti kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan 3M; memakai mas­ker, mencuci tangan, dan menja­ga jarak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ke­ce­masan dan kepatuhan pene­rapan protokol kesehatan pada ibu-ibu peserta posyandu di Dusun Malangjiwan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan  di Posyandu Desa Malangjiwan pada bulan September sampai dengan Oktober 2020. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mem­punyai balita yang ada datang ke Posyandu sebanyak 105 ibu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu yang datang ke posyandu dan bersedia menjadi responden penelitian sebanyak 47 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah simple random sam­pling. Analisi data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis uji bivariate dengan chi square (X2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan posyandu (p. value = 0.002< 0.05), semakin merasa terancamnya sese­orang saat berada pada suatu kon­disi tertentu; maka seseorang tersebut akan mencari jalan keluar agar bisa merasa aman, terlebih disaat masa pandemi. Rasa cemas akan di­ra­sakan oleh semua orang, terlebih pe­ra­saan cemas terinfeksi Covid-19, de­ngan rasa takut/cemas tersebut ma­ka masyarakat akan lebih mematuhi pro­to­kol kese­hatan yang diwajibkan oleh pe­me­rintah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kepatuhan pe­ne­rapan protokol kesehatan selama ma­sa pandemi Covid-19.

RELATIONSHIP OF ANXIETY TO COMPLIANCE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS AT POSYANDU MALANGJIWAN COLOMADU

 

ABSTRACT

 

During the pandemic, public will experience panic attack and high anxiety that will affect public behavior, especially the behavior related to health. There are several health behaviors that increase such as compliance to 3M health protocol; wear mask, wash hands, and keep the distance. Aim of the study is to determine the relationship between anxiety and compliance in implementing health protocol on women participating at Posyandu (integrated service center for pre and postnatal health care and information for women and children under five) in Malangjiwa viillage. Analytic observational with cross sectional approach was used as the research method. Research was conducted at Posyandu in Malangjiwan village from September to October 2020. The population of this study was mother with toddler who comes to Posyandu as many as 105 persons. The sample of the research were mothers who come to Posyandu and willing to be respondent as many as 47 respondents taken by employing simple random sampling technique. Bivariate test analysis with chi square (X2) was used to analyze the data. Research result shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety and compliance with Posyandu visit (p. value = 0.002 <0.05), the more threatened someone felt when she was in a certain condition; she would find a way out in order to feel safe, especially during a pandemic condition. Everyone will feel anxious; especially feeling anxious about being infected with Covid-19, due to this fear / anxiety, the public will comply with health protocols required by the government better. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the levels of anxiety to the compliance in implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.
