Abstract

Abstrak Gangguan persepsi sensori yaitu persepsi sensori yang diterima panca indra tanpa adanya stimulus eksternal, dengan sering meraskan keadaana yang hanya dapat dirasakan oleh dirinya sendiri atau tidak dapat dirasakan oleh orang lain. Salah satu terapi yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu mengurangi gangguan persepsi sensori adalah terapi okupasi meronce manik-manik. Tujuan mengidentifikasi penatalaksanaan terapi okupasi meronce manik-manik pada pasien gangguan persepsi sensori pendengaran. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan nursing process. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunkan non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel sebanyak 3 subjek. Hasil pengkajian subjek merasa sedih, sering mendengar suara bisikan dari Tuhan, menangis, tertawa dan suara ejekan, suka menyendiri, pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan seperti kepergian suami, perceraian dan bullying. Hasil pengamatan didapatkan subjek menyendiri, melamun, ekspresi wajah kesal, menjawab dengan intonasi cepat, berbicara melantur dan pandangan melihat ke satu arah. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu gangguan persepsi sensori pendengaran. Perencanaan keperawatan yang dilakukan adalah terapi okupasi meronce manik-manik. Peneliti melakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 7 kali pertemuan, faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan pasien yaitu usia dan kehilangan. Penatalaksanaan terapi okupasi meronce manik-manik mampu menurunkan tanda gejala pada pasien gangguan persepsi sensori pendengaran. Kata Kunci: terapi okupasi, gangguan persepsi sensori pendengaran. Management of Occupational Therapy Dangling Beads on Patients with Sensory Perception Disorders at Rsjd Dr. Arif Zainudin Abstract Sensory perception disorders are sensory perceptions that are received by the five senses without any external stimulus, often experiencing conditions that can only be felt by oneself or cannot be felt by other people. Therapy that can be done to help reduce sensory perception disorders is occupational therapy using beads. The study is aiming to identify the management of occupational therapy using beads in patients with auditory sensory perception disorders. The design of this research is a descriptive qualitative case study using a nursing process approach. The sampling technique used in this research uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample consisted of 3 subjects. The results of the study are: the subjects felt sad, often heard whispers from God, cried, laughed and mocked, stayed alone, had unpleasant experiences such as the departure of their husband, divorce and STETHOSCOPE VOL. 4 NO. 1 - JUNI 2023 ISSN 2722-8118 (Printed) 2723-4096 (Online) 23 bullying. Observation results showed that the subject was withdrawn, daydreaming, had an annoyed facial expression, answered with fast intonation, spoke slurredly and looked in one direction. The nursing diagnosis is auditory sensory perception disorder. The nursing plan carried out was occupational therapy using beads. Researchers carried out nursing actions during 7 meetings, factors that influenced patient development were age and loss. Occupational therapy management using beads can reduce symptoms on patients with auditory sensory perception disorders. Keywords: occupational therapy, auditory sensory perception disorders.
