Abstrak
Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan mental kronis yang dapat menyebabkan masalah perawatan diri,
ketergantungan finansial, dan gangguan hubungan personal. Salah satu gejala negatif skizofrenia adalah
isolasi sosial, yang jika tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menyebabkan halusinasi dan penurunan
produktivitas yang dapat menjadi beban keluarga dan masyarakat. Tujuan case report ini adalah untuk
memaparkan implementasi Family Psychoeducation (FPE) secara online kepada keluarga dengan
masalah isolasi sosial di masa pandemi dan manfaat yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan
desain case report. Kasus yang diambil adalah masalah isolasi sosial pada Sdr.J yang mengalami
skizofrenia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil case report menunjukkan bahwa
FPE dilakukan selama 4 kali pertemuan secara daring dengan media video call whatsapp dan google
meet, dibutuhkan konektivitas jaringan yang baik dan digital literacy yang memadai. FPE online di
masa pandemi aman untuk menghindari pajanan Covid-19 serta efisien biaya dan waktu. Selain itu
efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan keluarga dalam merawat klien gangguan
jiwa, mengurangi stres dan beban yang dirasakan keluarga. Hendaknya tenaga kesehatan melaksanakan
FPE secara online pada keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa di masa pandemi.

The Pandemic of Covid-19
Abstract
Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder that can lead to self-care problems, financial dependence,
and impaired personal relationships. One of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia is social isolation,
which if not handled properly can cause hallucinations and decreased productivity that can be a burden
on families and society. The purpose of this case report was to explain the implementation of online
Family Psychoeducation (FPE) to families with social isolation problems during the pandemic and
its benefits. This research method used a case report design. The case taken was the problem of social
isolation in Mr. J who had schizophrenia. The analysis technique used was descriptive. The results of the
case report showed that FPE was carried out for 4 online meetings using WhatsApp and Google Meet
video calls, good network connectivity and adequate digital literacy are needed. Online FPE during
the pandemic was safe to avoid Covid-19 exposure and was cost and time efficient. In addition, it was
effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of families in caring for clients with mental disorders,
reducing stress and the burden felt by the family. Health workers should carry out online FPE for
families with mental disorders during the pandemic.
