Pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan Diet Gout Artritis terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Lansia di Desa Karangmojo

Abstrak
Pengetahuan lansia di Desa Karangmojo tentang diet gout artritis masih sangat kurang, terbukti
dengan adanya lansia yang masih mengalami gout artritis disebabkan karena mengkonsumsi makanan
yang seharusnya tidak dikonsumsi oleh penderita gout artritis secara menyeluruh, dan belum pernah
mendapatkan penyuluhan kesehatan diet gout artritis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya
pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan diet gout artritis terhadap tingkat pengetahuan lansia tentang diet gout
artritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancanganpre-experimental design (one group pre post test). Populasi
penelitian 32 lansia, keseluruhannya menjadi respoden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling,
instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan Uji Paired￾simple t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan lansia sebelum diberikan
penyuluhan sebesar 11,84, kemudian meningkat menjadi 15,72 setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Hasil olah
data didapatkan nilai p 0,000 atau p<0,05 sehingga disimpulkan ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan diet
gout artritis terhadap tingkat pengetahuan lansia di Desa Karangmojo. Pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan
meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang gout artritis ditandai dengan adanya kenaikan nilai post-test
setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan.

The Counseling of Arthritis Gout Diet Health Education to the Level of Elderlies
Knowledge at Karangmojo Village
Abstract
There is inadequate knowledge about diet for arthritis gout at Karangmojo Village. Elderly with
arthritis gout still consume foods that should be restricted. There was no adequate health education
about diet for arthritis gout. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of arthritis gout diet
health education on the level of elderly knowledge. This study used a pre-experimental design (one
group pre post-test). The research population was 32 elderly, all of them became respondents using a
total sampling technique, and questionnaire was used as research instrument. Paired-simple t-Test was
used as the data analysis. The result showed the average level of knowledge before being given health
education is 11.84 then increased to 15,72 after being given health education. The result was obtained
by the data value of p 0.000 or p<0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of arthritis
gout diet on the level of elderly knowledge at Karangmojo Village. Giving health education improves the
elderly knowledge about arthritis gout diet has been marked by an improvement in the post-test scores
after having health education.
