ANALISIS DESKRIPTIF KASUS BEDAH BANGSAL IRNA III DI RSUD Dr. SAYIDIMAN MAGETAN TAHUN 2015

Surgery or surgery are all measures of treatment that uses invasive way to open, displaying body parts to be han- dled.Based on the preliminary survey in dr. Sayidiman Magetan there are two groupings of surgical disease that general surgery and orthopedic surgery.The purpose of this study is Knowing Overview Statistics Case Surgery Ward IRNA III In dr. Sayidiman Magetan 2015. This type of research is descriptive Retrospective, research meth- ods such as observation and interviews. Subject and object of research is the officer RM and the disease index, data on the number of patient visits orthopedic surgery and general surgery as much as 731 and 1111 patients. Data processing techniques in the form of collecting, editing, classification, counting, tabulation, and presenta- tion. Analysis of data in the form of descriptive analysis. 2015, visit orthopedic surgical patients and surgeon lowest common as many as 20 patients and 22 patients, the highest total 115 patients and 131 patients. Visit patients according to age group and surgical orthopedic surgery cases the lowest common 0 patients, the highest total 206 patients and 403 patients.LD patient orthopedic surgery and general surgery lowest total of 39 days and 97 days, 482 days and the highest total in 1470 days. aVLOS patient orthopedic surgery and general surgery lows as 1.95 days and 2.41 days, 7.77 days and the highest 17.5 days.Diagnosis and surgical orthopedic surgical patients lowest common as many as 31 patients and 12 patients, the highest total 187 patients and 69 patients. Orthopedic surgery patients trend line is Y = 60.08 + (-3.46) X sign (-) indicates a decline of (-3.46) and general surgery patiens trend is Y = 93.41 + 5.80 X mark ( +) showed an increase of 5.80. Conclusions from this research was the visit from orthopedic surgery patients experienced an increase in June as many as 115 patients, while general surgery patients experienced an increase in October was

SIMRS disease or with the necessary consistency to avoid mistakes in its calculations.

Bedah atau operasi adalah semua tindakan pengobatan yang menggunakan cara invasif dengan membuka, menampilkan bagian tubuh yang akan ditangani. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan di RSUD dr. Sayidiman Mag- etan terdapat dua pengelompokan penyakit bedah yaitu bedah umum dan bedah orthopedi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Gambaran Statistik Kasus Bedah Bangsal IRNA III Di RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan Tahun

2015. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospectif, metode penelitian berupa observasi dan wawancara. Subjek dan objek penelitian adalah petugas RM dan indeks penyakit, data jumlah kunjungan pasien bedah orthopedi dan bedah umumsebanyak 731 dan 1111 pasien. Teknik pengolahan data berupa collecting, ed- iting, klasifikasi, penghitungan, tabulasi, dan penyajian. Analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian kasus bedah bangsal IRNA III tahun 2015, kunjungan pasien bedah orthopedi dan bedah umum terendah sebanyak

20 pasien dan 22 pasien, tertinggi sebanyak 115 pasien dan 131 pasien. Kunjungan pasien berdasarkan golongan umur kasus bedah orthopedi dan bedah umum terendah 0 pasien, tertinggi sebanyak 206 pasien dan 403 pasien. LD pasien bedah orthopedi dan bedah umum terendah sebanyak 39 hari dan 97 hari, tertinggi sebanyak 482 hari dan 1470 hari. aVLOS pasien bedah orthopedi dan bedah umum terendah sebanyak 1,95 hari dan 2,41 hari, tert- inggi sebanyak 7,77 hari dan 17,5 hari. Diagnosa pasien bedah orthopedi dan bedah umum terendah sebanyak 31 pasien dan 12 pasien, tertinggi sebanyak 187 pasien dan 69 pasien. Garis trend pasien bedah orthopedi yaitu Y =

+ 5,80 X tanda (+) menunjukkan kenaikan sebesar 5,80. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kunjungan pasien bedah orthopedi mengalami kenaikan pada bulan Juni sebanyak 115 pasien, sedangkan pasien bedah umum men- galami kenaikan pada bulan Oktober sebanyak 131 pasien. Saran peneliti sebaiknya dalam penghitungan Lama Dirawat pasien baik dengan cara manual pada indeks penyakit ataupun dengan SIMRS diperlukan kekonsistensian agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam penghitungannya.
