PENGARUH KINERJA PETUGAS DALAM SISTEM PENGARSIPAN BERKAS REKAM MEDIS TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU PELAYANAN DI RUMAH SAKIT TK II PUTRI HIJAU MEDAN TAHUN 2015

Performance of staff in the medical record file archiving system is one of the indicators that have an influence on im- proving quality of care in hospitals. The better the performance of the officer then the quality / service to be provided to users of hospital services will also be more qualified. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the performance of the officer in the medical record file archiving system to improve the quality of the sample population pelayanan. Amount this ministry, as many as 11 people with research methodology using descriptive method with ex- planatory research approach to analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable .Penelitian is done in Level II Hospital Putri Hijau Medan. From the results of research based on the results of research question- naire about the performance of officers in the medical record file archiving system shows that the majority of respon- dents said that the performance of both officers were 3 people (27.3%) and a minority who say the officer’s performance is not good as 8 people (72.7 %). Based on the results of a questionnaire study on improving quality of care showed that the majority of respondents said that improving the quality of service high by 3 people (27.3%), and that said miyoritas complete lower service quality improvement of 8 people (72.7%). The effect between keinerja officer in the medical record file archiving systems to improving quality of care can be seen from the statistical test by SPSS wear analysis chi-square test p = 0.001 means p <0.05 were obtained from the distribution of stuffing sheets and questionnaires dis- tributed to each respondent. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are significant performance of staff in the medical record file archiving system (independent variable) to the improvement of quality of service (dependent). The better the performance of the officer in the filing system, the improving quality of care in hospitals will be achieved.

Kinerja petugas dalam sistem pengarsipan berkas rekam medis adalah salah satu indikator yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Semakin baik kinerja petugas maka kualitas/pelayanan yang akan diberikan kepada pengguna layanan rumah sakit juga akan semakin bermutu. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk men- getahui pengaruh kinerja petugas dalam sistem pengarsipan berkas rekam medis terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam pelayanan ini sebanyak 11 orang dengan metodelogi penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan melakukan pendekatan explanatory research untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variable independen terhadap variable dependen.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan. Dari hasil penelitian ber- dasarkan hasil penelitian instrumen kuesioner tentang kinerja petugas dalam sistem pengarsipan berkas rekam medis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengatakan bahwa kinerja petugas baik sebanyak 3 orang (27,3%) dan mi- noritas yang mengatakan kinerja petugas tidak baik sebanyak 8 orang (72,7%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kuesioner tentang peningkatan mutu pelayanan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengatakan peningkatan mutu pelay- anan tinggi sebanyak 3 orang (27,3%), dan miyoritas yang mengatakan peningkatan mutu pelayanan rendah lengkap sebanyak 8 orang (72,7%).Pengaruh antara keinerja petugas dalam sistem pengarsipan berkas rekam medis terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan dapat dilihat dari uji statistik dengan SPSS memakai uji  chi-square analisis p = 0,001

 

berarti p < 0,05 yang didapat dari hasil pembagian dan isian lembar kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada setiap responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kinerja petugas dalam sistem pengarsipan berkas rekam medis (variable independen) terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan (dependen). Semakin baik kinerja petugas dalam sistem pengarsipan maka peningkatan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit akan tercapai.
