STUDI DESKRIPSI PENERAPAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN DI SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19 OLEH IBU-IBU PKK RT 02 RW 15 PERUM JOSROYO 20 INDAH, JATEN, KARANGANYAR

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has lasted for more than a year in Indonesia and other countries in
the world. This Covid-19 pandemic gives huge impacts toward people in the world, including
Indonesia. The government has conducted a lot of efforts dealing with this pandemic. In many
occasions the government states plannings and preparation toward new normal era. One of
the implementation of new normal life is stated in the Decree of the Health Minister number
HK.01.07/MENKES/328/2020 about the Guideline for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19
in Office and Industrial Workplaces in supporting business continuity in the pandemic situation.
The Decree of the Health Minister is issued to prepare the world of business and work to
welcome the transition to a new normal life (Kemenkes RI, 2020). This research used descriptive
observational method. The setting of the research was in RT 02 RW 15, Josroyo Indah Housing
State, Jaten, Karanganyar. The population was mothers of PKK (Empowerment of Family
Welfare) in RT 02 RW 15, Josroyo Indah Housing State, Jaten, Karanganyar. The sampling
was accidental sampling which were 30 respondents. The results of the research covers the
characteristic of the respondents based on the age were those whose age more than 50 years
(50%), that of based on education were those graduated from Senior High School which was 12
respondents (40%), that of based on occupation were housewives which were 10 respondents
(33.33%), and the descriptive study result dealing with the health protocol implementation was
good which were 22 respondents (73.33%). It can be concluded that most respondents have a
good implementation on the health protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic which was 73.33%.

ABSTRAK
Pandemi Covid-19 sudah berlangsung lebih dari 1 tahun di Indonesia dan negara-negara lain
di dunia. Pandemi Covid-19 ini berdampak secara luas pada masyarakat diseluruh dunia,
termasuk di Indonesia. Pemerintah sudah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menangani
pandemi Covid-19 ini. Pemerintah dalam berbagai kesempatan, mengungkapkan rencana dan
persiapan menuju normal baru. Implementasi kehidupan normal baru salah satunya diatur
dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan (KMK) Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/328/2020 tentang
Panduan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Covid-19 di Tempat Kerja Perkantoran dan Industri
dalam mendukung keberlangsungan usaha pada situasi pandemi. KMK itu dikeluarkan untuk
menyiapkan dunia usaha dan dunia Kerja menyambut transisi kehidupan normal baru (Kemenkes
RI, 2020).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di RT
02 rw 15 Perum Josroyo Indah Jaten, Karanganyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu
PKK RT 02 RW 15 perum Josroyo Indah, tehnik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling
yaitu 30 responden. Hasil penelitian karakteristik responden berdasarkan umur paling banyak

umur di atas 50 tahun yaitu 15 (50 %), karakteristik pendidikan paling banyak SMA yaitu 12
(40 %), karakteristik pekerjaan paling banyak yaitu IRT 10 (33,33 %), dari hasil studi deskripsi
penerapan protokol kesehatan yaitu baik sebanyak 22 (73,33 %.). Simpulan : Sebagian besar
responden mempunyai penerapan yang baik tentang protokol kesehatan saat pandemi Covid-19
yaitu 73,33 %.
