PERANCANGAN APLIKASI GRAFIK GROSS DEATH RATE DAN NET DEATH RATE

Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

In a public hospital lFitri Candra Wonogiri Regency not yet have systems graphing application Gross Death Rate and Death Rate are Net. In makinga graph ofgross death ratenetdeath rate and death ratecalculations at homeill still use Microsoft Office Excel, so there are still manyconstraints mortality in the calculation and graphing GDR NDR. The purpose of this research is merancangan application charts the gross death rate and net death rate according to he needs of the hospital that later can be used to make the application charts the Gross Death Rate and Death Rate in Net public hospitals Fitri Candra Wonogiri Regency.This type of research is a research and development with a waterfall approach. The data analysis used the analysis of research and development. The subject in this study are the nureses of wards, medical record clerk, and the clerk IT. Where as, objects used in this research is thesystem Ms. Excel that is used in the calculation and graphing gross death rate and death rate are net. The instruments used for this researchr is astructured interview and observation instruments.Waysofcollectingdatausingstructuredinterviewsandobservation. Thisprocessingtechniqueusingthe collecting, editing, presentation of data. The results showed the source of the data and the flow of data in the design of application system graph grosss death rate and net death rate is in compliance with the needs of the hospital and tha application system makes it easy forofficers in the calculationandgraphinggross death rate and net death rate, so as to reduce the workload of medical record officers in making reports GDR NDR.

Rumah Sakit Umum Fitri Candra Kabupaten Wonogiri belum mempunyai sistem aplikasi pembuatan Grafik Gross Death Rate Dan Net Death Rate. Dalam pembuatan grafik gross death rate net death rate dan penghitungan angka kematian di rumah sakit masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel, sehingga masih banyak kendala dalam penghitungan angka kematian dan pembuatan grafik GDR NDR. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi grafik gross death rate dan net death rate sesuai dengan kebutuhan rumah sakit yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi grafik Gross Death Rate   danNet Death Rate di Rumah Sakit Umum Fitri Candra KabupatenWonogiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan pendekatan Waterfall. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis Research and Development. Subjek dalam penelitian  ini adalah  perawat bangsal, petugas rekam medis, dan petugas IT. Sedangkan, objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem MS. Excel yang digunakan dalam perhitungan dan pembuatan Grafik Gross Death Rate dan Net Death Rate. Instrumen yang digunakan penelitian adalah instrument observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Cara pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur.Teknik pengolahan ini menggunakan collecting, editing, penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber data dan aliran data dalam perancangan sistem aplikasi grafik grosss death rate dan net death rate sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan rumah sakit dan sistem aplikasi memudahkan petugas dalam penghitungan dan pembuatan grafik gross death rate dan net death rate, sehingga dapat mengurangi beban kerja petugas rekam medis dalam membuat laporan GDR NDR.
