GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN PETUGAS REKAM MEDIS TENTANG REKAM MEDIS BERDASARKAN STANDAR MKI 19 DI RSUD dr. SOEDIRAN MANGUN SUMARSO WONOGIRI

Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

Knowledge of medical record officers will affect the medical recorder skill in running medical record. Based on preliminary survey in RSUD dr.Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri there are 50% of medical record officer with level of knowledge about medical record based on less standard of MKI 19. The purpose of this research is to know the description of medical record officer knowledge about medical record based on standard MKI 19 in dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri.

 

The type of research is Descriptive. Populations and samples from this study were 34 medical recorders. Instru- ment and how to collect data by using questionnaire. Validity test with product moment correlation and reliability test with alpha to 34 medical record officer with 14 item question. The data analysis is descriptive.

 

The result of the research can be seen that the description of medical record officer knowledge about medical re- cord based on MKI standard 19 level of knowledge about inclusion of good category writer of each patient entry must include time and date, in category enoughthe knowledge level about hospital policy on hospital item must determine Content and format of medical records. While the level of knowledge is less about the manufacture and maintenance of medical records as well as the recording of emergency sheets there are on medical record items maintained using unique or distinctive identification and medical records do not include conclusions when treat- ment is terminated.

 

Based on the statistical test can be known picture of medical record officer knowledge about medical record based on standard MKI 19 less. Therefore, periodically hospitals should organize socialization related to medical record to all related parties and improve their knowledge through training and seminar.

ABSTRAK

 

Pengetahuan petugas rekam medis akan berpengaruh pada ketrampilan petugas rekam medis dalam menjalankan mutu rekam medis. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan  di RSUD dr.Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri terdapat

50% petugas rekam medis dengan tingkat pengetahuan tentang rekam medis berdasarkan standar MKI kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan petugas rekam medis tentang rekam medis berdasarkan standar MKI 19 di RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri.

 

Jenis penelitian adalah Deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini 34 petugas rekam medis. Instrumen dan cara pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas dengan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan alpha kepada 34 petugas rekam medis dengan 14 item soal. Analisis datanya adalah deskriptif.

 

Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa gambaran pengetahuan petugas rekam medis tentang rekam medis ber- dasarkan standar MKI 19 tingkat pengetahuan tentang  pencantuman identitas penulis kategori baik setiap pasien masuk harus mencantumkan waktu dan tanggal, pada kategori cukupterdapat pada tingkat pengetahuan tentang

 

kebijakan rumah sakit pada item rumah sakit wajib menentukan isi dan format rekam medis. Sedangkan tingkat pengetahuan kurang  tentang pembuatan dan pemeliharaan rekam medis serta pencatatan lembar emergensi ter- dapat pada item rekam medis dipelihara menggunakan pengidentifikasian yang unik atau khas  dan rekam medis tidak mencantumkan kesimpulan saat pengobatan di akhiri.

 

Berdasarkan uji statistik dapat diketahui gambaran pengetahuan petugas rekam medis tentang rekam medis ber- dasarkan standar MKI 19 kurang. Oleh karena itu sebaiknya secara periodik rumah sakit menyelenggarakan so- sialisasi terkait rekam medis kepada semua pihak terkait dan meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan dan seminar.
