TINJAUAN PELAKSANAAN PELAPORAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PUSKESMAS (SIMPUS) DI PUSKESMAS JUMANTONO KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

ABSTRACT

 

Based on interviews with one SIMPUS’s operator in Jumantono Primary Health Care, in the implementation of SIMPUS reporting have been delays in the delivery of the report. The purpose of the study was to determine the SIMPUS reporting in Jumantono Primary Health Care. The type of research is descriptive research. The research subject are  SIMPUS’s operators  while the objectof this study is SIMPUS reporting. The methods of data collect- ing with interviews and observation.This research instrument are interview guidelines and observation guidelines. The data processing including data collecting, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing with descrip- tive data analysis. The result from this research showed that there was a delay in delivery prescriptionof PKD and Pustu to the Jumantono Primary Health Care. SIMPUS reporting process created manually because it still requires a  manual recount process. Occured several obstacles that hinder the reporting process, among others, delays in delivery of prescriptions, completeness of data, damage of hardware, electricity, human resources and differences in reporting format. Advice for Jumantono Primary Health Care in order to carry out socialization recipe collection schedule, review the data to be saved to SIMPUS, computer repair, raise the electric power, op- eration training and adjusment the SIMPUS reporting with DKK report format.

ABSTRAK

 

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu operator SIMPUS di Puskesmas Jumantono, dalam pelaksanaan pelaporan SIMPUS, mengalami keterlambatan dalam pengiriman laporan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeta- hui pelaksanaan pelaporan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Jumantono Kabupaten Karanganyar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah operator SIMPUS dan objek penelitian ini adalah pelaporan SIMPUS. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Pengolahan data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan, dengan analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman resep dari PKD maupun Pustu ke puskesmas. Proses pembuatan laporan SIMPUS dibuat secara manual dikarenakan masih membutuhkan proses penghitungan ulang secara manual. Ter- jadi beberapa kendala yang menghambat proses pembuatan laporan antara lain keterlambatan pengiriman resep, kelengkapan data, kerusakan perangkat keras, listrik, SDM dan perbedaan format laporan. Saran untuk Puskesmas Jumantono agar melaksanakan sosialiasi jadwal pengumpulan resep, peninjauan ulang data yang akan disimpan ke SIMPUS, perbaikan komputer, menaikkan daya listrik, pelatihan pengoperasian SIMPUS dan penyesuaian format laporan SIMPUS dengan DKK.
