ABSTRACT

 

The level fitness can be reached by having good nutrition, doing exercise and spending somes times for sleeping sufficienly. Purpose of this study  to examine the relationship between nutritional intake, nutritional status, adequate sleep and exercise in women's fitness in the group (PKK)  organization
community that empowers women to participate in family welfare.

This research done for 60 member of PKK to look for the factors that influenced the level fitness, as purpose. This is cross sectional analytical study to show the influence of thr variables of the sufficiency of nutrition (calory, carbohydrate, protein, Vitamin B1, Fat, calcium), the nutrition status, activity, to the level of fitness.

The result of the statistical test with α=0,05 show that there is a significant relationship between the sufficiency of iron element, the frequency of exercise with the level of fitness. That’s for it’s sugested to do exercise regulary and improve the eating pattern by consuming various menu, much more non heme protein than heme protein, and consumming vitamin C, sufficienly.
